Our suffering is created by sustained beliefs and conclusions that are in conflict with life as it is.
Endless beliefs and lucubrations with: what was, what is, and what may be.
Infinite crystallized inner convictions that make us think:
‘yes it is right to suffer’.
We prefer to stay ‘in the clouds’ in a state of pure somnambulism instead of deeply investigate into the truth of these mental assertions.
Meditation clears our vision.
It allows us to see, truly, how all these ways of thinking are misguiding and unreal.
Then it is up to us to ‘feel’ that delicate and victorious sensation when we finally let them go.
